Activating GPS & Location Services

To view your live location in FirstAm IgniteRE, make sure location services are enabled for both your device and web browser. Follow the steps below based on your device to turn on location access.

iOS

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Privacy & Security, then tap Location Services.

  3. Toggle Location Services to On.

  4. Tap Safari Websites and set the permission to While Using the App.

Android

Device settings:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Location and toggle it On.

Chrome browser:

  1. Tap More (three vertical dots) to the right of the address bar.

  2. Select Settings, then Site settings.

  3. Tap Location and turn it On.
