If you forget to complete the opening questionnaire, you’ll receive a reminder message prompting you to finish it. This reminder helps ensure your escrow transaction can continue without unnecessary delays.
You’ll also find a copy of the original invitation and any related reminders in your Message Center, so you can easily return to the questionnaire at any time.
Your To Do tab will continue to show the Questionnaire, with either a Get Started or Continue button, depending on where you left off..
