How do I find the deed to a property?

You can find a property’s deed by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Properties section in FirstAm IgniteRE.

  2. Enter the property location details in the search bar, or use the Advanced Search fields.

  3. Select Combined Report, Transaction History, or Last Transfer Document.

  4. Available recorded documents are hyperlinked and can be viewed, printed, or downloaded.
