How do I open a new transaction?

You can open a new transaction from Properties:

  1. Search for the property.

  2. Select Order Title and Escrow.

  3. The New Transaction order form opens automatically with the property information prefilled.

  4. Complete the transaction details, then select Submit in the upper-right corner.
