Buyers, borrowers, and sellers can correct misspellings of their name in two places within the application.
During the Q&A, you’ll see a Confirm Name question at the beginning of the questionnaire where you can select Edit Name to make corrections. These updates will carry over to the initial eSign documents once the Q&A is submitted.
Name corrections must also be updated in My Account settings, which can be accessed from the upper-right corner of the application.
