For your security, only documents prepared and sent by your escrow transaction team are eligible for eSign. These documents are selected based on your transaction type and details and will be made available to you within Transactions after you Q&A has been submitted.
Documents that you upload yourself—such as identification, supporting forms, or requested paperwork—are securely shared with your escrow team but cannot be eSigned through the platform.
