The way to reach your escrow officer depends on your role in the transaction:

Your escrow officer will initially invite you to register for FirstAm Ignite RE Transactions via email. After registration, all ongoing communication with your escrow team will take place within the Message Center.
You’ll receive email notifications when new messages are available in your Message Center. These notifications are sent from DoNotReply.Transactions@firstam.com. This inbox is not monitored, so please respond to all messages directly within the Message Center.
All other parties
If you are not one of the roles listed above, you’ll need to contact your escrow officer outside of the FirstAm Ignite RE application. You can do so by email and/or phone, if that information has been provided. You may also locate office contact information using the Find an Office tool.
