I forgot my password

You can easily reset your password by selecting Forgot Password on the sign-in page.

  1. Enter your username and the email address associated with your account, then select Verify.
    Note: Your username is not your email address.

  2. Complete the automated CAPTCHA, then choose how you’d like to verify your phone number by selecting Call Me or Text Me.

  3. Once your phone number is verified, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
