During the course of the transaction, what parties can I directly communicate with?

How you communicate with your escrow officer depends on your role in the transaction.

Sellers/Buyers/Borrowers/Real Estate Brokers/Agents/Transaction Coordinators

All other parties

Sellers, Buyers, Borrowers, Real Estate Brokers/Agents, and Transaction Coordinators

You can communicate with your escrow transaction team and other registered parties directly within the Message Center from your side of the transaction.

Please note that your escrow transaction team is included in all Message Center communications.

All Other Parties

If you are not one of the roles listed above, communication with your escrow officer will take place outside of the platform by phone or email. For general office phone numbers, you can use the Find an Office tool to locate contact information.
