How to Clear Cache and Cookies
To clear your cache and cookies in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, follow the steps below for your browser.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome and select the menu (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the browser.
Select Delete browsing data.
From the time range menu, choose a range. To delete everything, select All time.
Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Select Delete data.
Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge and select the menu (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the browser.
Select Delete browsing data.
From the time range menu, choose a range. To delete everything, select All time.
Check the boxes for Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Select Clear now.
Safari
Open Safari and select History from the menu bar, then choose Clear History.
From the pop-up menu, select how far back you’d like to clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache: Last Hour, Today, Today and Yesterday, or All History.
Select Clear History to confirm.
