Log in to IgniteRE.
From the dashboard, start a new order or open an existing order (if applicable).
Enter the property address and required transaction details (such as state, county, purchase price, and loan amount).
Select Title and/or Escrow services when prompted.
IgniteRE will automatically calculate and display an estimated breakdown of title and escrow fees based on the information provided.
Review or download the estimate for sharing or reference.
