If you see black boxes on your proof, there may be something in your image file that our system is having difficulty reading. To fix this, try using the crop tool and following these steps.
Step 1. Click the "Edit" icon.
Step 2. Drag the frame around to position on top of your image.
Step 3. Click the green save button, and the window will then close.
Step 4. Click "Review Customization" to see the changes you made.
Our system will then re-save the images, and they should now appear as you expect.
