Your digital proof may appear blurry or low resolution for one of the following reasons:
Low-resolution artwork: The images or graphics used in your design may be below the recommended 300 DPI for print. Low-resolution files can appear pixelated or fuzzy when enlarged.
File size mismatch: If your design dimensions are smaller than the selected product size, the system may scale the file up, which can reduce clarity.
On-screen preview rendering: In some cases, the online proof is optimized for faster loading and may not display at full resolution. This does not necessarily reflect the final printed quality.
To ensure the best results, confirm your file is set to the correct product dimensions (including bleed, if required) and that all images are at least 300 DPI at final print size. If you’re unsure, we recommend reviewing your original design file or recreating it at the proper specifications before resubmitting.
